Hello bloggers and readers, as promised blogs wil come up on weekends so here I am with my first blog on a topic that’s frequently heard of.
BODY SHAMING. We have so many motivational speakers talking on this topic day after day. But do we really know what body shaming is?
The definition differs person to person. For me body shaming is not only what people opine and talk about you and your body but it is when you yourself don’t feel comfortable in your own skin or your body and start hating than loving it
We’ve all come across people who are on these heavy diets and take all kinds of medicines to loose weight and give people some damn #BODYGOALS?
This is a serious issue that people need to think on. My own friend has been a victim of body shaming. People who go through this, their sentiments are hurt and it can lead further to many serious issues. Suicides, these victims have been so degraded and demotivated that the suicide rates have been increasing.
WE ALL NEED TO LEARN TO LOVE OUR BODY. EMBRACE IT. ITS YOURS.
